Don't Exchange Cash at the Bangkok, Chiang Mai or Phuket Airports - many tourists come to Thailand and immediately change cash at Bangkok airport. You can do this, but you will get the lowest rate of exchange that you will find almost anywhere in Thailand.
If your must use currency exchange service at Survanabumi Airport, try Kosikorn Bank booth ( Green label with big K sign ) and CIMB Thai Bank (red colour ) only draw back for CIMB Bank was pretty hard to locate. To avoid at all time TMB, Krungsi, OCBC or even Bangkok Bank, SCB is ok.
Please take care when handling money with staff or person behind the counter. They a quite honest with you exchanged money but all this counter were so busy with costumers everyday, so please be caution. Count your money more carefully before leave the service counter.
